First day aboard Zanshin and she looks nice on the outside but there is still quite a bit of work to do inside, although looks are always deceiving on a boat - even though it looks like everything is taken apart it only takes a couple of minutes to put everything back in place and those floor coverings shouldn't be too much work to remove. I've got my notes of things that I need to buy and True North Yachting is working diligently to get the final items finished prior to the scheduled test sail in order to final tune and pin the rigging.
I tried to stay away from the boat as much as possible so as not get underfoot and started working off my list of things to buy. I had ordered a SPOT tracker two weeks before and Fed Ex's "guaranteed 2 day delivery" hadn't worked out and I had to try to track the package location down so that I could use it on this trip.

New paint job on Zanshin One of the major items in the refit was respraying the hull with a similar color to the previous one, but this one should be easier to mix and match in case I do ding it up
