Today was a boring day for any readers who happen to arrive at this page, as I cleaned up aboard and went through the boat with a vacuum cleaner, then defrosted the fridge and worked on the computer for a bit. When the afternoon sun had cooled a bit I went topsides and worked on getting rid of some of the rust on the stainless and applied a bit of metal wax to hinder future rust development. While the slips next to me had remained empty, they've now filled up and there are 4 German boats next to each other - a mini invasion!
I made a simple Soba dinner aboard after happy hour and read my current book almost to completion.

Freezer Defrosting The ice on the evaporator is thick and needs to be melted. The black spots are from the black insulation sheet that I put on top of the freezer, it froze to the ice.
