While I stayed aboard all of today, I did take a walk along the English Harbour docks and, as always, the herd at the docks had thinned out considerably in the one day since the races ended. In a week only a few stragglers will remain. I miss the old Mad Mongoose (and it's free Wi-Fi), but hopefully the new place will be open next year and have a similar ambience as the old bar.

Mad Mongoose is closed This was a great hangout for sailor (partly because of the 24x7 free WiFi access) and has now been sold. The new owners haven't opened it for this season, but perhaps it will be rocking and rolling again in 2017
