I sailed over to Île Tintamarre today and joined Bernd and Carmen on Mau, they also had Sue from the boat Nomad aboard as a guest and were joined by a couple, Audrey and xxx aboard their boat Leila at the anchorage. Bernd, Carmen, Sue and I headed over to the tugboat wreck for a dive in the afternoon and after that strenuous exercise we had a great dinner aboard Mau consisting of spicy sausages and wonderful couscous that Carmen had concocted. After dinner I returned to Zanshin and fired up the generator to charge the batteries and run the compressor to fill the 4 tanks we'd used that day, but the generator stopped and I didn't notice it ... the compressor merrily ate over 180 amp hours at 24V from the inverter and had significanly drained the batteries before I noted it. I saw that the error code was excessive temperature in the exhaust, most likely meaning that the impeller was once again in need of a change.
